OurStory knows that you are entrusting us with a precious part of your life: your story, pictures, and other data that is as much a part of you as your name. Therefore, if for any reason you should want your data returned to you, we have created a process where-by you can request a copy of your data be returned to you in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Should the company be acquired we will be sure go give our users the option to transfer their data to the acquiring company. Should the company go out of business, we will maintain the funds necessary to fully refund you your data in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Best of all, you also have the option of creating an offline piece to capture these stories, either on DVD or in book format, that tangible book you can pass on as a gift.

OurStory also knows the value of such a tangible generational keepsake.  Therefore we have partnered with select companies to print your story to a book or DVD.
